You can fix it. Your core/updates repository got disabled. Fix it by running edit-urpm-sources.pl (as root). It seems that this mysteriously happens to some people sometimes (especially when there are mirror issues). Because your updates media is disabled, it can't install pcre-devel and gdk_pixbuf2.0-devel (both of which have newer versions in updates). Status:
