Description of problem:
Drap and drop with Ctrl key should paste the text in libreoffice writer. However, it only moves the text, without duplicate it.

libreoffice-writer-5.3.4.2-3.mga6


How reproducible:
In Writer, select a text, clic the pointer  on it in maintaining it pressed, start to move, press Ctrl key, release the clic.

I'm wondering whether the used DE/DM or theme can influence this... can you try whether that makes a difference?

Thanks Marja,
Tried IceWM: the same
Tried Breeze instead of Oxygen. The same.
Other users reported it, this is why I filed the report.
Do you encounter the problem?

No, but I'm using Cauldron. I can't reproduce it in Cauldron.
