Description of problem:
Whereas other windows can be dragged across the desktop smoothly as expected, KNote notes stay in their original location while dragging and only appear at the target location when the mouse button is released. This doesn't limit functionality, but looks very odd and must be a bug.

How reproducible:
Probably always - tested on two different laptops and one virtual machine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start KNotes from the Plasma 5 desktop and enter a note.
2. Select the note and try to drag it across the screen.
3. You should see the behaviour described above.
