Description of problem:
Utility for lossless splitting mp3 files. Available for Mandriva, but missed in Mageia. Also, gui for this tool exists, mp3splt-gtk. It's not available for Mandriva, but it would be good to see it in Mageia too.

Actually the GUI is also available for Mdv (Cooker). Anyways, I'll look at this..

Just saw you built it for cauldron...
May you provide it as an update for Mageia1 : it exists for Mandriva 2010.2 and can allow a smoother upgrade from Mandriva to Mageia

libmp3splt-0.7-1.mga1
mp3splt-2.4-1.0.mga1
mp3splt-gtk-0.7-1.0.mga1

Testing ok in x86_64. I split an ogg file and a mp3 file.

Tested OK i586 ogg and mp3 into 3 equal parts.

Update validate. No new deps.

This update adds mp3splt which was present in Mandriva 2010.2 but missing from Mageia 1. It also adds the GTK based GUI mp3splt-gtk.
