kernel 4.14.10-1 desktop flavor

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start plasma session
2. Close the monitor
3. Open the monitor
4. Push a key to wake the laptop
5. The laprop don't wake

Even the REISUB combination don't reboot the machine as espectec
With the kernel 4.9.56-1 desktop all this works
