a new beta release is available with gstreamer 1.0 support.

"Should recommend that if user had run a previous version of exaile that
they should remove ~/.cache/exaile, ~/.config/exaile,
and ~/.local/share/exaile before launching 4.0.0-beta2"

updated exaile to a newer version with gstreamer 1.0 support.
