mageia Is there nothing on the subject? Mageia 6 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2019-09-30. It is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Mageia version. If you are able to reproduce it against a later version of Mageia, you are encouraged to click on "Version" and change it against that version of Mageia. Description of problem: The characters on the SSD not visible when they switch to the terminal and enter and return to sddm.. How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Power on computer, and wait sddm greeter screen 2. switch terminal (CTRL-ALT-F3) and enter login and password. 3. return (CTRL-ALT-F1) sddm greeter screen The fields are filled but not visible characters. This is supposed to be because non-latin characters are not supported on the sddm themes. Workaround. But this thing has been solved in the 0.16 release. ## 0.16.0 - 2017-10-04 ---------------------- + Support non-latin characters in theme settings. Please update fresh sddm on Mageia 6. Thank You
