Description of problem:

The version of flake8 in cauldron is out-of-date. I can try upgrading it, but I am not the assigned maintainer.

Shlomi feel free to update the package, just i'd like to keep the python 3 executable in /usr/bin/flake8 in order to have the flake8 support in enki editor
