Updated all the packages associated with nvidia-current.

No problems with any graphical applications so far.
Ran glmark2.  That harnessed 100% of one of the cpu cores and drove the GPU temperature up to 88°C.  score 3846, which is OK.  glxspheres64 returned the expected  ~60 fps.

Ran the updates and rebooted, switching from the linus kernel to the desktop.
kmods built on the fly.

All good for 64 bits on this machine.

Updated the seven packages and rebooted smoothly.

Desktop running fine.  Tried out graphics applications and guis.
4K music videos in mplayer scaled to 3K OK.  vlc played TV recordings fine.
virtualbox running - manager launched from desktop icon.  gqview for images.  glxspheres64 performed at the expected rates of 60 fps and 67 Megapixels/sec.
glmark2 (mga) returned a score of 6219.

Another 64-bit OK.

Installed the nvidia-current updates.

I assume x86_64 but please be specific

X86_64, not sure you can get a pcie in 32 bit :)

Tested OK on Mageia 6 x86_64, Optimus laptop with GTX 670M using the discrete card via PRIME (mageia-prime).

Advisoried.
Despite the lack of a 32-bit test, I think it is time for this update to go out. It has been pointed out that a 32-bit box is unlikely to be using this 'current' driver; a good point.
