Description of problem:
Every re-boot there are duplicate system tray icons for quassel-client.
Using common /home/me for Mga6 and 7. Mga6 is OK.
Tested in new user (using ~/.config/quassel-irc.org from my regular user), with no change.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. With quassel-client set up and working in Mga6 install Mga7 using same home.
2. Quassel-client has duplicate tray icons.
3. Note that systemsettings5 has has 'start empty session' in session manager.

Added MGA6TOO to whiteboard as since plasma/kf5 big update this now affects Mageia 6.
