Description of problem:
On cauldron MGA7 dolphin in root don't work anymore.

In Konsole : su -
mp ******
root@xxxx # dolphin 
Executing Dolphin as root is not possible.

After googleing  it's seems it's not a bug !
i read that it's now forbiden to use dolphin as root! :=(

I think our KDE team follows upstream decisions, but I'll let them decide for themselves what to do with this report.

Security design.

We tend to ship best Open Sourced softwares with best default settings.
As upstream does not want Dolphin run as root user, which is a totally non-sense, we will not patch it.

Mandatory informations: You can run Kate/Kwrite text editor as user and being able to save a root's file (like: /etc/default/grub) with a polkit elevation only at save time. This is OK since Mageia 8.

For user non-viewable/browsable directory, use Konsole to navigate there, become root and use nano/vi/emacs. Normally, you should not modify such files.
