Description of problem:

On some locale, An unexpected English string "_: You can warn about unofficial translation here" (a comment for translators) is displayed as translated string for the msgid.

This is a bug in en/about/license/license.php.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open one of:
  * http://www.mageia.org/en-gb/about/license/
  * http://www.mageia.org/zh-cn/about/license/
  * http://www.mageia.org/ja/about/license/

Hi Masanori.

The string you notice there is actually a comment for translators.
Since the only legally valid license is the original in English language each translator should notify reader. They can do that in any way they see best even leave the translation blank with &nbsp; if they really want that.

Thanks for clarifying this. I didn't understand what does 
"warn about unofficial translation" mean. I updated the translation
for "drakx_share" to write the notification in my language.
