After reboot I find it is possible to remove a folder view plasmoid using the context menu, but the edit tab is still not available, so it cannot be moved or re-sized. Existing folder view plasmoids in a working /home/user folder from mga1 also become uneditable when used in cauldron. I updated the package details above. Source RPM:

UPSTREAM Fixed in upstream git & in KDE 4.7 branch git. I'm closing it the fixed will be part of the next KDE 4.7 tarball (so probably 4.7.0) Status:
