Drakbug no longer fills any bugzilla fields (e.g. with summary,  used theme and kernel and  crash log)

This seems to happen in Mageia 6, too, see e.g. bug #21491 and at least two more reports.

To reproduce: enter "drakbug" in a terminal, select a Mageia application and hit "Report"
Both when doing that as root and as regular user, no Bugzilla fields are auto-filled with needed information.
