Description of problem: Jodin is the perfect solution to use for flashing Samsung devices (phones, tablets) if you don't want to use a Windows system just like the normal process.

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might, if there are no license or other legal issues, want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.

Jodin3 is old, unmaintained, very unreliable, and many sites offering it for download are suspect.
It was never offered via source nor is it GPL-able and No Home exits for it.
It should not be packaged for Mageia.

Mageia does offer heimdall, heimdall-frontend which can be used to flash some|many Samsung devices.
