Description of problem:

Buttons in KDE apps dialog boxes do not accept Alt+o, Alt+c etc. shortcuts. For example Konsole -> Settings -> Configure Konsole -> Alt+o or Alt+c or the same in VirtualBox.

I tried it in a new user in Xfce, and it does not work there either.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start konsole
2. Invoke the configuration dialog box
3. press alt+c.
