Created attachment 9529 [details] org.kde.video tarball To enable video as wallpaper and lock screen for Plasma 5.8+, please untar the attached tarball into /usr/share/plasma/wallpapers/. This will create a new directory /usr/share/plasma/wallpapers/org.kde.video/ and that's it. No need to log out, no need to reboot, you can immediately use video as wallpaper and as lock screen. I have video enabled as lock screen on my Mageia 6 machine for several days now without any problem.
