How reproducible:


Hello
No problem installing proftpd, nor to declare system users, but on the other hand not able to declare in the configuration file:
AuthUserFile /etc/proftpd.passwd
AuthGroupFile /etc/proftpd.group

Error message when rebooting proftpd:

[Root @ localhost /] # /etc/init.d/proftpd restart
Restarting proftpd (via systemctl): Completed
[Root @ localhost /] # Job for proftpd.service failed because the control process exited with error code.
See "systemctl status proftpd.service" and "journalctl -x" for details.

So you can not declare virtual users.

Do you have an explanation ?
