Description of problem:
TIFF support is not compiled

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.5.27

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use

ddjvu -v -format=tiff some.djvu output.tiff

2. The result is
"ddjvu: TIFF output is not compiled"

However "man ddjvu" lists tiff among supported formats. It seems that there is no libtiff in the dependencies.

Fixed in Cauldron with djvulibre-3.5.27-3.mga7 and update candidate pushed for Mageia 6: djvulibre-3.5.27-2.1.mga6.
