aguador Thanks, Lloyd and Roy. I think in this case (and maybe in bug 21016, too) the tool doesn't start at all.. Is that correct, Lloyd, do you not get to see a screen like this one http://doc.mageia.org/mcc/6/en/content/draksnapshot-config.html ? Please start, as root, in a terminal/konsole journalctl -f > journal.txt and let it run while you try to select "Snapshots" again and see it fail. Please attach journal.txt to this bug report. Thanks, unfortunately there's nothing more in the log than jul 17 23:15:07 localhost.localdomain draksnapshot-config[8157]: ### Program is starting ### I tried to run draksnapshot-config from cli, that gave more output. I hope there's something useful in it.
