That probably won't happen in a stable version of Mageia as it would be way too much work to maintain. Wine Staging only makes sense with the development releases of Wine, and those are very frequent, so we'd have to push updates every month or so, as well as updates to wine-gecko and wine-mono to match the wine-staging version. In Cauldron, we package wine with staging by default to provide more advanced testing back upstream. In Mageia 5 or Mageia 6, you can download any version of Wine via Lutris or PlayOnLinux.
