Description of problem:
Tray in plasma will not auto hide

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RC w/all updates


How reproducible:
every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click tray settings (bottom right corner)
2.Select more settings->select auto hide
3.At this point background window behaves as if tray is minimized(you cannot see the bottom of the window as it is covered by the tray.  This also triggers bug 21154.  Selecting always visible corrects 21154 behaviour and allows the whole window to be viewed.
