Description of problem:

$HOME/.xession-errors is empty: there are no longer output/debug informations for applications started in KDE

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Plasma desktop with SDDM
2. start a KDE application (dolphin for example)
3. check ~/.xession-errors content => empty

This is an issue in ksmserver and have been fixed upstream. cf https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=369391

Users who have experienced this problem are encouraged to upgrade to the latest update of their distribution.

This is fixed since Plasma 5.9 and Mageia 7.
