It's possible that after development for Mga7 begins a packager might be willing to import woeusb. In the meantime there are already several application available in Mga, such as brasero, that can be used to create an image file from the contents of a DVD. As to dumping a usable Windows install image to USB, unetbootin works well. I have only used it with Win 10 Insider Preview builds but see no reason that it would not work with other Win versions.
