Description of problem:
In summary windows select Firewall Config, After making the personal settings such as opening ports normally used by Ktorrent and installing the required packages (shorewall ~ shorewall-ipv6), at the end of the configuration the firewall is still disabled.

How reproducible:
Config/enable the firewall in the ISO MGA6_RC installation process.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. During the installation process, stop in the Summary window. 
2. Press the "configuration" button to enable the firewall.
3. Once the process is finished it (the firewall) will continue to be disabled.

After reboot, was the firewall then still disabled, too, and did it have none of the settings you had changed and added?

Please attach /root/drakx/report.bug.xz from that install.

A detail:

I have reinstalled MGA6_RC 6 times only to test the desktop environments (Plasma, Gnome and Cinnamon), the error was displayed in each installation.

WARNING: The present file report.bug.xz corresponds to the last installation and in this one I did not try to configure the firewall (By the mentioned error).

NOTE:
In any case do not worry ... this mageia user will reinstall a seventh time since I found another problem that I have not reported and I want to confirm again before reporting it, ie: If you try to update the distribution during the installation process, The result is not good since it does not manage to finish the update process, only the urpmi and meta-task packages are updated and when trying the rest it gives an error (at least today I learned that the file report.bug.xz exists).

The file MGA6RC_WITH_FIREWALL_CONFIG-report.bug.xz attached corresponds to a new default installation of MGA6_RC PLASMA where the problem with the firewall configuration was presented again, that is, this time there were no problems with the system update (probably in the fault I have a problem with the update as I had previously reported ... then I will reinstall MGA6RC-GNOME and MGA6RC-Cinnamon for testing same fail.

This bug was filed against Mageia 6 RC. Mageia 6 is EOL since Sep 2019.

Closing as OLD.
