Description of problem:
Most of the repos for armv7hl are missing rpm-md repodata, which makes DNF unhappy when it tries to read the repos.

Please generate the rpm-md repodata for all the repos (even the empty ones), just as we've done for the other architectures.

As discussed in council meeting, taking this off the release blocker list because, unfortunately, we won't have arm isos for Mageia 6
