Did the windows partition magically get unmounted while you were trying?


Please run, as root, 

    journalctl -af > log.txt

before you reproduce this issue, keep it running until you get the error again and then attach log.txt to this bug report.

Please do also verify whether you can acces your /media/win_e/Windows/Fonts/ folder with e.g. a file manager, both right before and right after trying to install the windows 10 fonts.

log of the error

hi Marja,

the partion results mounted right before and right after trying to install the fonts. Copying the fonts in another folder and trying to install them manually brings to the same issue. i attacch the log you requested to me. thanks
