Does a normal plain shutdown work ? Does suspend (to RAM) and resume from it work ? CC:

(none) I have earlier seen similar issues on thinkpad T60 and T61 series, but it varies throughout the years. Current state here is that when going into hibernation it seem to save session and shut off, but immediately on again for a second then off, and on wake up it have forgotten the session. Now the T61 is broken and T60 in production so i dont want to fiddle with it. If someone invent an easy way to get a log from failing hibernation, we could try getting that log.
