My fault.

I tried to install NPM@5 after an email from npmjs.org and it lead to a defunct directory resulting in npm being unavailable.

Fixed it by installing npm 5.0.3 manually and moving the npm directory I downloaded to /usr/lib/node_modules/

Status: NEW => RESOLVED
Resolution: (none) => INVALID
