Description of problem: when invoking the "release notes" from either the live system bootup or from the menu installer, the title section reads thus: 

Mageia 6 release notes

How reproducible:every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1.boot the current Live .isos dated june 8
2.during the boot up for either the live system or menu installer
3.invoke the "release notes" and note in the title "48px"

This was caused by the language banner in the release notes in the wiki. However, leuhmanu disabled that banner on the 15th of May.
