Description of problem:

MCC->Clicking snapshot results in please wait - forever...
syslog says program is starting but never does anything

Closing page throws a program exited abnormally message...
nothing is syslog.

Using plasma5 with Btrfs

1.MCC->system->snapshots

If other manual config is needed it should be noted with a pop-up.

This is (most likely) a duplicate of bug #19195, but that bug report is assigned to Documentation Team, and we didn't dare to change our documentation without being sure that the documentation is wrong instead of there being a bug in this tool.

So not closing this report as duplicate, but assigning to the Mageia tools maintainers for more clarity.

Rereading this report, I'm wondering whether I misunderstood it.

Did you get the draksnapshot screen
http://doc.mageia.org/mcc/6/en/content/draksnapshot-config.html
so that you could click on "Apply", like the reporter of bug 19195?

Or did you not even get that screen?
