Description of problem:
System sounds are not clean while music files, websounds are clean.

How reproducible:
every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. wait to get a system sound (konsole self closing notification)
2. listen the sound starting correctly, but ending in a scratch 
3.

I've try to get sound from command line. It's fine.
$ aplay /usr/share/sounds/speech-dispatcher/*.wav
