email I have also noticed that and re-setting it in Systemsettings helps. However - it seems to be a more overall problem in a fresh installed Plasma system - also cursor theme and colors, although set to use Breeze theme, are changing across the open application windows and are finally "locked in place" only after re-setting them in Systemsetting. marja11 yes this needs to be fixed for "fresh install". CC:

mageia Could it be, that it is fixed in Plasma 5.8.7 LTS? https://www.kde.org/announcements/plasma-5.8.6-5.8.7-changelog.php Plasma Desktop Make sure the "default" sheme is actually default. https://cgit.kde.org/plasma-desktop.git/commit/?id=fcecf928409c7b9b00f1812b308c1bbba8e93bdc
