It is normal to see that locales-en gets installed if you booted the classical iso in English, but, as reported in bug #20745, when en_US is the _only_ English flavour that is set, firefox-en_ZA en firefox en_GB get installed, too. In the firefox.spec, I read: # packages requiring locales-XX will be automatically preferred when locales-XX # is already installed Recommends: firefox-l10n so it seems expected to see that all firefox-en_* packages got installed, because locales-en was installed.... there is no such thing as locales-en_US, locales-en_GB etc. I don't know whether anything can be changed.
