kde telepathy-morse is not packaged for Mageia and probably there is no sense to package it, because it's development stopped quite a long ago - last commits two or three years ago... CC:

jyri2000 The duplicate bug 24778 contains information which might enable this bug to be fixed one way or another: integrate Telegram/telepathy into telepathy-kde-desktop-applets ; or more simply, remove reference to Telegram in that applet. CC:
