Description of problem:
dnsmasq 2.76 does not remove its own pid file after daemon stopping [/var/run/dnsmasq.pid]

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
dnsmasq-2.76-3.mga6.x86_64

How reproducible:
1. To log into the console as root (su & password)
2. systemctl stop dnsmasq.service (or service dnsmasq stop)
3. dnsmasq 2.76 does not remove its own pid file after daemon stopping
