Description of problem:

When installing a fresh cauldron system, I chose to add the install of rsyslog to get as well log files under /var/log. However as rsyslod-journald isn't a dependency, nothing is happening until you read this bug report https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16634 (and https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16263) and you have the idea to install it and then everything works as expected.

I'd suggest that rsyslod-journald is made a dependency of rsyslog for MGA6?

Assigning to the registered maintainer, but CC'ing all packagers collectively, because diogenese hasn't been around since ± 8 months ago.
