Description of problem:
I use Terminology and when I run who or w, it doesn't show any users logged in.

Then I open Konsole and it works.

This appears to be more than a Terminology issue. I have tried Terminology, Xterm and urxvt while logged into either E21 or IceWM and none of them show any loggedin users in either DE/WM.

You're probably right, but it's weird then, that Stig-Ørjan didn't have the problem in Konsole.

bug 18032 is about SDDM only, going by its summary, even if in bug #18032, comment #16 Chris explains more DMs have the problem. We might need separate bug reports for each DM

We don't have KDM in cauldron ;-)

Which display manager is selected when you start
