Patch to force partition suggestions to be updated after disk is wiped

For a UEFI install, if an ESP already exists and if "Use entire disk" is selected, the existing ESP is deleted, and no new one is created.

The attached patch fixes this.

I've hesitated one moment (shouldn't we keep ESP instead when erasing the whole disk as it's somewhat special?) but let's go for this
