Description of problem:
Hello.
If you del the RPM kwallet, you delete task-kde4-mini also.
If task-kde4-mini is deleted there is a panic in the orphans RPM.
I would like the meta package to have no effect on orphans RPM.

IIUC what you described, then what you saw is expected, see:
https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Removing_packages#Warning 
Below the warning better ways are explained to delete no longer needed packages.

Note that we intend to remove the message about orphans from all graphical install/update tools, see bug #14593 "Do not show any message about orphans when using rpmdrake / mgaapplet / drakrpm-update" ?

It's a good idea. But this function works almost. Just be careful with the meta-packages.

I'm not sure there was a bug here, except that we shouldn't suggest to remove orphaned packages when someone is using rpmdrake. That is fixed in Mageia 6 and later.

Anyway, Mageia 5 has officially reached its End of Life on December 31st, 2017 https://blog.mageia.org/en/2017/11/07/mageia-5-eol-postponed/
It only continued to get important security updates since then, because we were waiting for the big Plasma5 update in Mageia 6, that fixed many of the Mageia 5 => 6 upgrade issues.
