Fixed also in cauldron. As a new version is available, I make it into this update.

Package of version 3.6.1 submitted to testing. The advisory is just the same as below, just changing version from 2.3 to 3.6.1

Checked this on x86_64.
$ ls -l /usr/share/icons/qarte.png
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 2773 Oct 27 14:15 /usr/share/icons/qarte.png

Noted a couple more with executable permissions.
Ran update.
$ rpm -qa | grep qarte
qarte-3.6.1-1.mga5
$ ls -l /usr/share/icons/qarte.png
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2773 Mar 13 21:33 /usr/share/icons/qarte.png

qarte displayed a full listing for arteTV.  Downloads worked fine.

Tested on 32 bits. Icon and man page is ok. Downloaded one program and watched it.
