MGA6_STA2 updated to 8 March 2017

Kmousetool crashes on startup under all desktops.
I think this did start OK at the time of the last STA2 ISO build, and that the problem has arisen due to an update since; because re the ISO, I test-launched *every* application under some desktops, and did not see the fault. [If Kmousetool was not updated, this is statement incorrect].
