kernel.org announced on janary is shutting down it's FTP server on march 1, 2017.
We need to replace the Source url with the new location, which is https://cdn.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v4.x/linux-4.10.tar.xz â using the latest kernel as an example.

Since the source url was changed, this bug is fixed.
