Hi Stéphane, This is a duplicate of bug 16840, even if there it happened during a Live install. In another duplicate bug, 18461, Thierry asked: > What were you doing at that time? > Just starting it? > > Based on the affected code, it looks like os-prober generated invalid UTF-8 > in /boot/grub2/grub2.cfg and that drakboot failed to read it back. > > Can you attach (not paste) your /boot/grub2/grub2.cfg file? It would be nice if you could attach that file to bug 16840 After that, I recommend running an "upgrade install" with a network iso or even 6sta1. That often fixes the kind of problems you see. CC:
