In the official mageia web site, the page

resp. its paragraph on "Donating" contains the sentence "We keep a public record of what we get and how we use it" with a link to

http://www.mageia.org/en/about/reports/ 

Clicking this link in a browser (Mozilla) gives "Access forbidden, error 403".
