draklive-install-2.7-1.mga6 Which live DVD was it (sta1 or current testing sta2 ISOs, and which DE and arch)? Hi, Sorry : LiveDVD KDE x86_64 sta 1 (In reply to Arnaud Vacquier from comment #0) > Description of problem: > > Try to launch installer on liveDVD for Mageia 6, draklive-install crash and > not launch : (In reply to Arnaud Vacquier from comment #2) > > Sorry : LiveDVD KDE x86_64 sta 1 I can't find a bug report about the exact error you saw, but the errata says about the Live isos that install from menu does _not_ work in 6sta1 https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Mageia_6_Errata#Known_issues_that_will_be_fixed_after_-sta1: Or did you first start Live mode and try to install from there? mageia, marja11 I have try 4 times. Every time If i connect wifi and try live install : crash Without wifi online (connected) : run fine I don't know why, but if i am online before launch live install, it is crash (In reply to Arnaud Vacquier from comment #4) > I have try 4 times. > Every time > > If i connect wifi and try live install : crash > Without wifi online (connected) : run fine > > > I don't know why, but if i am online before launch live install, it is crash Does only live install crash, or more? Can you still open a terminal/konsole or switch to e.g. tty3? If so: please run, as root: journalctl -ab > journal.txt right after draklive-install crashed, and attach journal.txt to this bug report. (In reply to Arnaud Vacquier from comment #4) Does the hostname change when you connect to wifi? It might explain why draklive crash then... CC:
