Description of problem:
Upcoming Mageia 6 on release day if not get updated packages will be outdated. So please update few packages like:

1. Ffmpeg to latest 3.2.2
2. MPV to latest 0.23
3. Mplayer to latest 1.3.0
4. WINE to latest stable 2.0 (no in RC)
5. Otter-browser to latest 0.9.12
6. PeaZip to latest stable 6.3.0
7. HandBrake to latest stable 1.0.1

David Walser sends mails about packages for which newer versions are available to dev ml like

If you want to increase the chance that your favourite packages get updated, then you could try filing a separate request for each of them, so that each can be assigned to its maintainer.

(Or, for future releases: become a Mageia packager :-) )

We have discussed updating ffmpeg to 3.2.x, someone just needs to do it.  mplayer will have to be updated at the same time for compatibility reasons.  I'm not sure about mpv.

WINE is unlikely to be updated at this stage.  The peazip package is unmaintained.  Handbrake has already been updated.  I don't know about otter-browser.
