Setting version to cauldron, because package requests will usually be done for cauldron first and then be available in next stable release

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.

Latest upstream nightly build was from 2017, last official release in 2014. Closing this one as it's unmaintained upstream and there are enough other messenger apps available.
