Description of problem:I have both mgaapplet and netapplet on my toolbar, but neither respond to single rt clicks,and they should

How reproducible: Recently always. they used to work.But not after the update on Dec 21
The icon on the toolbar has also disappeared although the space is stll there and the tooltip shows the name
