That's because that version is no longer available, because it contained a lot of vulnerabilities (security holes) flash-player-plugin-24.0.0.186-1.mga5.nonfree is being tested by QA team and will be pushed to the mirrors, soon, see bug 19960. You can already install it from a testing repository, though. CC:
